Such a nice gentleman! He helped me out within minutes of my calling and same day. I had bent my ignition key to my focus and he was able to cut me a new one even though with my key being a little bent and teeth a little bit jagged. Helped for $120. Much less than a new key and program at a dealer!

The key hole in my front driver's side door was out of alignment and they even fixed that too without telling me.
